Ichimatsu Kyusu Teapot
Ichimatsu Kyusu Teapot
This elegant Japanese Kyusu teapot is a beautiful fusion of traditional handmade craftsmanship and modern design. Adorned with the classic Ichimatsu pattern, a checkerboard motif originating from the Edo period, it reflects the essence of balance and harmony. The pattern is rendered in deep Gosu blue, a traditional Japanese indigo pigment, known for its rich, vibrant tone.

Handcrafted by skilled artisans, the teapot is made from fine porcelain, offering both lightness and durability. Each blue square is carefully hand-painted, making each piece unique and a true testament to Japanese traditional crafts.
