This Hojicha powder (made from roasted green tea) includes both the leaves and stems, giving it wonderful depth of flavour. 

With this ultra fine powder, you can make delicious hojicha lattes, as well as bake delicious hojicha cakes and other sweet treats.
Hojicha Latte Recipe: 
  1. Use 2g (1 Teaspoon) of Organic Hojicha Powder
  2. Pour 70ml of 80 degrees water (boiling water might burn the taste) 
  3. Whisk (ideally with bamboo whisk to avoid metallic aftertaste but not essential)
  4. Add warmed milk (Our Tea Master Keiko recommends Oat Milk or Bonsoy Soy Milk as it is a nice filler but any preferred milk can be used)
  5. You can add sweeteners (optional)

Each personal palette is different so the amounts of powder and ratio to milk can be altered.
