Whale Tea Pot
Unique Hand-Painted Fin Whale Teapot
Keizangama is a traditional Japanese pottery studio based in the historic village of Arita, located in Saga Prefecture—a region renowned as a benchmark for Japanese pottery. It is one of the only two kilns (out of 200) to be currently run by a female CEO.
The round shape of the teapot allows tea leaves to move freely, enhancing both the flavour and aroma of your brew. With a built-in tea strainer, there's no need for additional equipment, making it both practical and elegant. The teapot is available in two sizes to suit your preference. This uniquely shaped teapot features a hand-painted fin whale design.
Please note: As each product is handmade, slight variations such as blurring or differences in the intensity of the design are to be expected, adding to the unique charm of each piece. We recommend avoiding using a bristle or scratchy sponge when cleaning it.
