Join us for a lunchtime online workshop exploring the different grades of Japanese matcha and the art of preparing the perfect bowl at home with our resident tea master, Keiko Uchida.

In this live Zoom session, Keiko will explain what different matcha grades mean, how they can differ in flavour and quality, and what to look for when choosing matcha to drink at home.

Keiko believes that you can make the best matcha at home, and she will share her tips and techniques for preparing delicious matcha yourself.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.

This online workshop is free to attend, though places are limited and booking is required.
