Unique Hand-Painted Stripe Sobachoko

This beautifully crafted sobachoko cup features a hand-painted traditional stripe pattern called "Kikuwari". Its smooth, rounded form is perfect for enjoying tea or serving snacks and confectionery, bringing a touch of refined artistry to your table. Designed for versatility, it can also be used as a serving dish for desserts or small sides. The sobachoko is available in two sizes to suit your needs, effortlessly combining practicality with timeless elegance.

Keizangama is a traditional Japanese pottery studio based in the historic village of Arita, located in Saga Prefecture—a region renowned as a benchmark for Japanese pottery. It is one of the only two kilns (out of 200) to be currently run by a female CEO.

Please note: As each product is hand painted, slight variations—such as blurring or differences in the intensity of the design—are to be expected, enhancing the unique charm of each piece. We recommend avoiding using a bristle or scratchy sponge when cleaning it.
