Perched high above Canary Wharf, the tranquil Yoga Room on Level 18 set the stage for a truly memorable Tea Ceremony Workshop, hosted exclusively for Berkeley Group Real Estate and beautifully coordinated by Sternberg Clarke.

Surrounded by panoramic city views and the calm of the open-air terrace, guests were guided through the meditative process of traditional matcha making. The atmosphere—elegant, quiet, and elevated both literally and figuratively—provided the perfect contrast to the energy of the city below.

Participants were invited to engage all five senses through the ritual of the Japanese tea ceremony, learning the graceful art of whisking matcha and embracing the values of harmony, respect, and presence. Guests were also treated to a serving of our traditional kinoko crumble—a delicate and earthy dessert that pairs perfectly with the richness of our organic ceremonial-grade matcha. 

The workshop not only introduced a cultural tradition but also created space for mindfulness and connection—an ideal blend for a corporate wellness experience. We were grateful to participate is such an event on the outdoor terrace to enjoy the matcha with the London sunshine.
