For Our Tea Friends in the EU
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Delivery
Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, complete with tracking details to follow your parcel’s quiet journey from our hands to yours.
- Courier Delivery with Insurance
For those who prefer an extra layer of security and swiftness, we provide custom courier options with insurance (via DHL, FedEx, UPS).
You’ll receive a quote within two working days of placing your order, and we’ll hold your items until everything is confirmed and a payment link is completed.
We are registered with the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS). This means for orders under €150 (approx. £130, excluding shipping), VAT is included at checkout—so no additional duties should appear upon arrival.
For orders over €150, local customs or duties may apply.
Beyond Europe: Global Shipping Now Open
We now deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE:

Dispatched within three working days, with delivery usually taking 5–12 working days depending on your destination and customs process.
