Time flies so quickly, I think that December is even quicker than usual for everyone. It is sparkly month and many people might be restless. It might be good to have a quiet tea-time to calm down and slow down our life in December. My favourite is Hojicha in the evening as it is very low in caffeine. It goes same length of time, even if we are stressed and busy or peaceful and productive.
