1. Add 2 – 2.5g of Hojicha powder to a tea bowl – ideally a Katakuchi tea bowl. (I like my Hojicha tea not very strong, so I add a little less than 2g.)
2. Pour 70ml of hot water at 80 degrees (not boiling) into the tea bowl and mix in tea with a whisk.
3. Put a couple of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour in some milk.
4. Then add some Hojicha tea to the glass, pouring it onto the ice to create a contrast of white and brown.
5. Enjoy your iced Hojicha Latte!
