If you are using a chashaku (a Japanese bamboo teaspoon) we recommend 4 scoops, or 2 scoops using an ordinary teaspoon (approx. 3g)
- Pass your matcha powder through a tea strainer into your tea bowl.
- Pour around 60ml of not quite boiling water (less than 80 degree) into the tea bowl.
- Whisk this for around 15 seconds with a chasen (Japanese bamboo whisk).
- Pour the matcha tea into a glass of milk adding ice cubes to your taste.
We recommend organic matcha Uraku or Aoarashi for perfect matcha latte! Enjoy!
