I recommend using organic Matcha Wabisuke for iced Matcha tea, as it is a sweet as well as smooth, well-balanced tea.
1. Add 2g of Matcha tea to a tea bowl – ideally a Katakuchi tea bowl.
2. Pour 70ml of hot water at 80 degrees (not boiling) into the tea bowl and mix in tea with a whisk.
3. Put a couple of ice cubes into a tall glass and then pour in the Matcha tea.
4. Enjoy your iced Matcha tea!
