How to make Iced Matcha Latte

1.     Add 2 – 2.5g of Matcha tea to a tea bowl - ideally a Katakuchi tea bowl.

2.     Pour 70ml of hot water at 80 degrees (not boiling) into the tea bowl and mix in tea with a whisk.

3.     Put a couple of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour in some milk.

4.     Then add some Matcha tea to the glass, pouring it onto the ice to create a contrast of white and green.

5.     Enjoy your iced Matcha Latte!
