How to make Cold Brew Tea

  1.    Add 3 teaspoons of loose leaf tea into a 1L jar.
  2.    Pour filtered cold water into the jar.
  3.    Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  4.    Enjoy throughout the day and keep refrigerated. The tea can be enjoyed for up to 4–5 days.

I have tried quite a few different types of teas to cold brew. My favorites are as follows: 

1.   Japanese Oolong from Yame

2.   Shincha Sencha from Kyoto

3.   Shincha Sencha Sukiya from Yame

4.   Hojicha from Kyoto

5.   Gyokuro from Yame
