- Add 3 teaspoons of loose leaf tea into a 1L jar.
- Pour filtered cold water into the jar.
- Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy throughout the day and keep refrigerated. The tea can be enjoyed for up to 4–5 days.
