Vintage Shibori Haori (Kimono Jacket) with Peony

An incredible, vintage, shibori, silk, Japanese, haori jacket. Shibori is an incredibly labour intensive traditional Japanese tie-dyeing method, that leaves a very distinctive texture on the silk. This pale pink haori has a beautiful peony painted across it in shades of pink and red. The haori is lined with red and white silk.

This haori is in great condition though there are tiny brown age spots on lining. It is truly such a beautiful and unique jacket!
