Keiko travels to Japan three times a year to work directly with growers and take part in the harvest. These long-term, fair partnerships support both small family farms and larger organic producers. Produced using only the finest first-flush leaves of early spring, this organic matcha is second to none. Our matcha is meticulously stone-ground using a traditional method. The tender spring leaves are shaded before harvesting to enhance their rich sweetness and umami flavour with vibrant colours. Selected by Keiko, a discerning Japanese tea master, the best organic matcha in Japan is carefully chosen across Japan; Kyoto, Yame, and Kagoshima.
